Terms & Conditions

- Ace gymnastics or any of their staff are not responsible for any loss of personal belongings or valuables during the class.

- Ace gymnastics reserve the right to remove from our programme, without refund, anyone who is found to be bullying, misbehaving or displaying disruptive behaviour.

- You must declare all medical conditions during registration and keep us up-to-date should this change by emailing us at acegymnasticsperth@yahoo.com

- You must declare if you do not want your child to be photographed for marketing use, and keep us up-to-date should this change using the given email address.

- Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received. Paid for spaces will be given priority.

-You must refrain from bringing your child to class if they have had any form of illness within 48 hours of the class.

- We don't issue refunds for missed sessions due to your own circumstances.

- If there are any sessions missed due to typical bad weather, ace gymnastics will offer a make-up session, or parents will be refunded. 

-Mobile phones are not permitted to be used for filming/photography in the gym by parent/carers or gymnasts.

-Gymnasts must be dressed appropriately (no crop tops) and have all jewellery and nail extensions removed or taped before entering their class.

- Gymnasts cannot join in a class if they are more than 10mins late to a session.

- Gymnasts must be signed In and Out of the premises by an adult over the age of 18.
